Sports4Success is proud to recognize Randy Stratmeyer as our Fall Coach Achievement Award Winner!     Here is the winning submission:

“Randy is an outstanding person who does anything he can to help out the kids in the community. Since I’ve been working for our recreation department he has coached every season. In the spring he coaches flag football, summer he coaches two baseball teams (one competitive and one recreational), fall he coaches flag football, and in the winter he coaches basketball. The greatest thing about Randy is he is always stopping in and talking about how we can improve the program for the kids. He is a very outgoing coach who makes sure that every kid is learning and getting the same chances as everyone. He is supportive our our department and always stands behind us with any issues that arise. He is great with parents and we have never had any complaints about him as a coach. Randy would be an excellent candidate for this award and I feel he deserves to be recognized for all the effort and work he has put in to our youth here in Berthoud.”
